Our name reflects where we’re from—505 is the area code of Albuquerque, New Mexico—and we continue to use only the highest quality Hatch Valley New Mexican chiles. Our products are authentic, delicious, and versatile.
Most products are also all natural, non-GMO, gluten-free, and vegan. 505SW tastes better because it’s made better.
