A Southwestern take on a classic South American sauce. This green chile chimichurri is the perfect addition to your next steak. Simply cook your steak (or other meat or fish) to your liking and top with spoonfuls of chimichurri!
Add all ingredients and ¼ cup of your olive oil to a blender or food processor. Pulse until fully combined. Slowly drizzle the rest of your remaining olive oil until fully incorporated. Add salt and pepper to taste. Drizzle over cooked meat or fish and enjoy!
