In a blender, blend the505SW™Flame Roasted Green Chileand honey until smooth. On a baking sheet, lay out individual slices of bacon. Brush liberally with the blended505SW™Flame Roasted Green Chile. Rack in a 350 degree oven until bacon begins to crisp, approximately 10-15 minutes. Remove from the oven and turn the bacon over. Spread more blended505SW™Flame Roasted Green Chileon top and continue cooking until crispy (another 10 minutes). Remove and let cool and "harden." Serve with anything!
