1 lb ground beef
1/2 jar of 505SW Hatch Valley Green Chile Sauce (if Hot exceeds the limit of your Scoville Scale, opt for Medium or Mild)
1/2 cup crushed tortilla chips
2 eggs
1 tsp Mexican oregano
1/2 tsp garlic salt
1/2 tsp onion salt
1/2 tsp paprika
3 oz Oaxaca cheese

1/4 cup 505SW Chipotle Peach
Ketchup
1 tbsp brown sugar
1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
Cilantro
